•Purchasing data collecting and analyzing.
•New supplier Vendor preparation and audit application.
•Supplier Data and Contracts management in SRM and Public folder.
•Contact suppliers for quotations, contracts and other issues.
•Maintain basic data in SAP, Pilum, SRM and other purchasing system.
•Prepare purchasing order internal approval and follow-up.
•Preparing Price Decision, Comparison of Quotation sheet and Offline source.
•Create and maintain Material Information record and

•Strong Communication skills
•Be flexible, motivated, creative and efficient, responsible, patient and careful.
•Enable to work in an internal working atmosphere.
•Fluent in both verbal and written English.
•Willing to learn new things and bring new ideas.
•Strong Data analysis skills and Proficient Microsoft Office skills, incl. Outlook, Excel, PPT.
•Enable to work 5 days every week.
