1. Assist end-users in resolving computer hardware, software and application problems with the following operating systems: Windows 7, 10; receive the queries by calls or emails and register the case accordingly in system;

6. Renewal of fixed assets;

7. Develop and update User’s Guide and provide understandable, practical solution to users;
编辑或更新用户使用指南,提供简洁易懂、可操作性强的解决方案给用户
1. Enjoy IT work, desire to learn;

2. Good communication abilities, good command of verbal and writing English;
善于沟通, 良好的英语阅读能力和基本的英语书写能力
3. Understanding to basic Network Architecture (TCP/IP Protocol);
熟悉基础网络建设(TCP/IP Protocol)
4. Familiar with Windows Operation System (Window 10 is advantage), Experience with Office Suite 2010-2016 in both installation and Support;
熟悉MS Office 2016, 熟悉Windows 10操作系统的优先考虑
5. Familiar with MS Office 365 Tools and experience to trouble shooting;
熟悉PowerShell,Office365,Azure者优先
