• Project coordinator for service operations including mergers and acquisitions;
• Service Ops training program development;
• Identify and recommend new processes and organizational structures to optimize productivity;
• Analyze new business functional requirements to identify procedures and decision flows that satisfy the organization’s business goals and objectives;
• Standardize service processes across regions;
• Assist to manage the project communications.

• Project Management Skills;
• Ability to exhibit patience, tact, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude when addressing complaints and problems from customers;
• Ability to train small and large groups; experience of training preferred;
• Analytical and problem solving skills;
• Able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, able to balance short and long term goals;
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (written and verbal);
• Ability to utilize general computer literacy.
