2:Summarize and provide customer feedback to management.
3.Accurately record customer trends.
4.Perform related duties as assigned.

1. 英语听说读写能力,沟通能力。Good Mandarin and English speaking capability, equal to CET-6

3. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and the Internet,数据分析能力(加分项,非必须)
