工作内容：

1:Respond to email inquiries routed to Customer Support, solve customer’s inquiry in time

2:Summarize and provide customer feedback to management.

3.Accurately record customer trends.

4.Perform related duties as assigned.

5.seller vetting and risk control

要求：
1. 英语听说读写能力，沟通能力。Good Mandarin and English speaking capability, equal to CET-6
2. 热爱学习，对跨境电商有兴趣
3. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and the Internet，数据分析能力（加分项，非必须）

优先考虑实习时间大于4个月的。
