Serve
as a Customer Success Intern on the Retail Solutions Global Customer Success
Team. The primary responsibilities
include supporting some of the world’s largest consumer goods manufacturing
companies, assisting in our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications,
contributing to internal cross-functional projects, and performing various
other Customer Success intern related functions. This opportunity is located in our Shanghai,
China office.
Primary Responsibilities
Delivery of written communications while
upholding RSi's Service Standards and Philosophy both internally and with
customer
Cross functional project support
Assist customer with managing user profiles,
including additions, modifications and removals
Assist customers with master data management
Provide functional support of inquiries related
to RSI products
Develop process documentation that can be
leveraged by members of the Customer Success Center
Set up standard reports for new weekly/monthly
reporting customers
Skills and Experience Required
Major in Maths/Computer Science/Information
Management is preferred
