职位描述：

Responsibilities:

Support HRM analyze position needs to make recruitment plan;

Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social network;

Schedule Interviews based on Seedlink score rank;

Participate in the full cycle of talent acquisition process, including sourcing potential candidates, arranging and conducting interview, feedback discussion with HRM etc;

Manage on-boarding and new hire administration and documentation;

Participate in talent development lifestyle.

Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training, company policies, etc)

Participate in organizing company events and careers days;

Key Requirement:

Must have

Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin;

Mature, flexible, fast paced and able to work independently;

Interested in HR knowledge; should be a quick learner;

able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline, well- organized, responsible, self- motivated, willing to team, detail- oriented with good interpersonal skill;
Minimum three days work per week;
Good command of computer skills and familiar with Office software;
Professional communication skills;

Nice to have

Junior university student; (Major in HR is a plus)

Long- time internship will be plus;

Immediate available and able to provide full- time support is highly preferred;

well versed in Microsoft office e.g Work, Excel, PPT, Outlook;
